Londesborough Park Cricket Club
Londesborough Park is located in the picturesque village of Londesborough near Market Weighton in East Yorkshire. The ground is owned by the xxx estate and club President Anthony Ashwin with the cricket club granted a 21 year lease.
The last 15 years has seen remarkable growth for the ground with a national lottery grant allowing the building of the new pavilion in 19xx. Last year we installed a new electric scoreboard (see photo on right) with a fantastic new brick building to house it.
This year has seen yet more development at the ground with the pavilion extension being implemented in order to cope with the ever expanding number of players and members at the club. This new extension will see more player changing rooms, umpires changing rooms, female changing facilities, expanded kitchen facilities, a score box and a new kit store.
The ground has 2 excellent quality hard nets and one portable (grass) net. We also have a bowling machine two slip catching cradles and brand new professional covers
